A complete range of convection and bakery ovens. Available with or without humidifiers. Several models have twin fans for optimum cooking results. Gas models can be supplied in natural gas or LPG, ideal for mobiles.
All the ovens have timer 0 - 60 minutes, interior light, steam outlet and stainless steel outer body. All the ovens have a double glazed door except for the Midi-Bri, which has a thermic door, which keeps cold during baking.

All Microwave Ovens are supplied with a 3 YEAR PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY

A selection of wet and dry well bain marie's. All have stainless steel pots and pans.
